Delivery

Please note, free shipping is to UK mainland Other Destinations May Incur Costs

Certain items are UK only due to boarder restrictions, if you are unsure please contact us.

Once we receive your order, it will be processed, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible.

All our items are insured against loss or damage.

We try to dispatch all goods on a next working day basis, at certain times due to high demand there could be a slight delay, if this occurs we aim to dispatch as soon as possible from payment.

If there are any problems with your order we will contact you to discuss the options.

Certain items we store at our warehouse, or cables we need to terminate may take a little longer, please allow up to 7 working days but we do endevor to get thaam out within one working day.

Larger items will be dispatched by a courier on a 9am to 6:30pm delivery. Optional delivery times are available at an additional cost, please call for details.

Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail Recorded and insured.

All goods must be signed for. In the event that no one is in, then the driver will leave a card, you should then contact the courier direct, with the details on the card to arrange an alternative time for delivery.

You must contact the courier in the time specified on their card, or goods will be returned to us and additional shipping costs may apply.

When your goods arrive, sign for the number of boxes you receive, check all boxes for visible damage, if you find them to be damaged either do not accept them, or sign DAMAGED.

Please notify us before 1 o'clock the next working day so we can contact the courier to claim from their insurance.

We can not accept responsibility if we are not aware of the problem in the time scale specified.

Always sign for all boxes unchecked even if there appears to be no visible damage.

Availability

All products are either in stock in our shop, at our warehouse, or held on our behalf by the manufacturers.

If you place an order we will do our utmost to dispatch as soon as possible within the time limit specified.

If for any reason there is going to be a delay above the time limit specified, we will inform you by email or phone.

Unfortunatly we do not offer collection at the moment.
